Finish the reviewed first-house route

A six-step route from the front door to the freezer, with separate checks for room progress, whole-house progress, and the three-piece basement key.

Direct answer: use the visible objective changes—not an invented map—to move from the frozen entrance through three key pieces, the basement, the house-thaw check, and the freezer action.
  1. Clear the frozen entrance

Melt the ice around the front door and collect five coins.

Success check: the coin task completes and the tutorial prompt changes.
  2. Use the prompted upgrade

Open Upgrades and choose one visible axis. Do not treat a price shown in a video as current.

Success check: the opening objective advances; the selected upgrade remains a local test, not a universal best order.
  3. Finish the porch and front-door stage

Read the named current-area percentage separately from whole-house progress. A room can move while the whole house remains incomplete.

Success check: the active area changes or the room percentage reaches its visible completion state.
  4. Build the three-piece basement key

When the key quest appears, clear the living room, kitchen, and bedroom while collecting three pieces. The sources do not establish fixed coordinates, so follow the current room and objective.

Success check: the counter reaches 3/3 and the objective changes to the basement.
  5. Use the key at the basement door

Take the completed key to the basement door and follow the next named objective rather than searching for an unsupported shortcut.

Success check: access advances and the route points toward the freezer objective.
  6. Finish the house-thaw check, then the freezer

Clear the remaining house requirement. In the reviewed route, the quest names the freezer chamber before the final freezer action.

Success check: the house requirement finishes and the objective permits the freezer action.

Four checks when a percentage stalls

  1. Read the exact named current area.
  2. Scan that area once for remaining visible ice.
  3. Compare the symptom with Battery, Size, or Power—one controlled test at a time.
  4. Re-read the quest if the named-area percentage does not move.
Do not buy a permanent pass simply because one session feels slow. First separate a room-progress problem from an upgrade symptom.

Where this route stops

This is a dated player-evidence procedure for the first house. It does not establish Level 2–4 objectives, exact completion time, current coin prices, fixed key-piece coordinates, or a universal cause of the freeze.
